Draw Theory is designed with privacy first. We collect minimal data, store your picks only on your own device, and never sell or share personal information with third parties.
Draw Theory ("we", "us", "our") operates the website drawtheory.com — a free statistical lottery intelligence platform for entertainment purposes. For privacy enquiries, contact us at hello@drawtheory.com.
Data you provide: We do not require account creation or registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers unless you contact us directly.
Technical data (server logs): Like all web servers, ours may automatically log your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is standard server infrastructure logging and is retained for up to 30 days for security purposes only.
Analytics: We collect aggregated, anonymous usage statistics — such as total number of tickets generated per game and platform-wide frequency data. This data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to any individual user.
Your lottery picks: Tickets you save to the Tracker are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your own device. We do not receive, transmit, or store your personal lottery picks on our servers.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. Ever.
Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google Fonts API. Google may collect technical data as part of this request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic Claude AI: When you use the AI Pick feature, draw history and statistical signals are sent to the Anthropic API to generate a number pick. No personal data or identifiers are included in these requests. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Lottery data APIs: We fetch draw results from EuroMillions, Powerball.com and MegaMillions.com public APIs. No user data is sent to these services.
Draw Theory does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We use browser localStorage to store your saved tickets locally on your device. This is not a cookie and does not transmit data to us. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.
Server access logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days then automatically deleted. Aggregated anonymous analytics data (pick counts, frequency totals) is retained indefinitely as it contains no personal information. Any email correspondence you send to us is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry.
Under applicable privacy law (including UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:
Since we hold virtually no personal data, most of these rights will be satisfied by the fact that we have nothing to provide. To exercise any right, email us at hello@drawtheory.com.
Draw Theory is not directed at children under 18. Lottery participation is restricted to adults in most jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used our service, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we process. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Draw Theory after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
